The following courses and classes in the area of Kitesurfing are available on the Sunshine Coast.

Adventure Sports What: Kitesurfing lessons for four different levels from beginner to advanced instruction. Private lessons also available. An introduction to Kitesurfing (PLAY) is a one hour session that focuses on fun and learning the basic techniques (body dragging, water relaunches). IKO (International Kiteboarding Organisation) offers certified training for kiteboarders through its qualified and specially trained instructors and schools. Adventure Sports Kitesurf Australia is an independently owned IKO accredited training centre using only IKO qualified instructors. To obtain IKO accreditation you need to participate in either group or private training sessions - see the website for more info. Location: Noosa; other areas on request. |
